What is Mediation
Mediation is a structured process designed to help parties work together to resolve disputes.
Mediators guide parties through the process without taking sides or telling you what to do. Mediators work with parties to help them better understand issues and explore creative solutions. The goal of mediation is for parties to reach a mutually acceptable agreement.
You tell your side of the story:
In a trial there is limited time for you to be heard. The judge focuses on the evidence and the law. Mediation allows each party the time they need to discuss and resolve ALL issues .....so you can move on.
No courtroom audience:
In the courtroom there is an audience. Mediation is conducted in private.

In mediation, you determine the outcome of your case, rather than having a third-
An opportunity for resolution:
Agreeing to mediate is an opportunity for the parties to address their conflict and find a solution that works for both sides. When both sides are satisfied with the outcome, the agreement is more likely to work.
